Global Exterior Experts LLC provides exterior remodeling services including roofing, siding, and gutter installation, repair, and replacement, with specialization in storm damage restoration and insurance claim assistance throughout the Chicagoland area.
3. WARRANTIES
Our residential roofing, siding, and gutter installations come with both a labor warranty and a manufacturer's material warranty. Specific warranty terms and duration will be provided in your service agreement. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your individual service contract.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement
We work directly with insurance companies for covered storm damage repairs
Customer deductibles are the responsibility of the homeowner and are not covered by the Company
We offer financing options to qualified customers
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Exterior Experts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or website.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
